Darren Furniss.

Darren is very interested in exploring architectural ideas through sketching and drawing, and he has a wider interest in figurative drawing outside of work. He has exhibited his architectural drawings at the RIBA, the Royal Academy and Chelsea Arts Club. He has over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, with a focus primarily on private residential, and he has also worked across a range of large education projects and boutique hotels.

He was site-based for a number of years, enjoying the challenges of construction and working closely with private clients, developers, consultants, contractors and specialist subcontractors. Darren has led a number of high-end residential and heritage-centred projects, including works to Grade I and Grade II* listed buildings. His work on these highly bespoke projects has involved a significant amount of detail and has often spanned both architecture and interior design.
